This registration is exclusively valid for Wednesday April 22, 2015.
A letter of confirmation from your Head of unit may be uploaded during the registration process confirming that you are a nurse. Alternatively you can send the letter via email to ILC2015.firstname.lastname@example.org
The International Liver Congress™ 2015 (ILC) is open and free of charge to official representatives of print, broadcast and electronic media.
Freelance journalists must present a commissioning letter on headed paper from a recognised news organisation or publication, outlining their reason for attendance.
You may be asked to provide further evidence of media credentials once your initial Press registration application is made. If this is the case, a member of the ILC Press Office team will contact you to discuss what evidence is required.
Once all credentials have been approved by the ILC Press Office, you will receive an email containing log-in details to access the online registration platform. This will enable you to complete your registration, book accommodation and sign up to early morning workshops. The ILC Press Office will provide detailed instructions once your credentials have been approved.
Accredited journalists must collect their press badge on-site, from the registration desk. The badge will permit admission to the media areas.
Registration for the ILC will only be given once your accreditation has been approved by the ILC Press Office and online registration completed.
If registering on-site at the ILC, proof of media accreditation will be required together with a valid passport of ID-card.
Media registration in advance is strongly recommended. This enables the ILC Press Office to deal with any queries or issues in advance. Journalists must register individually. Applications for media registration made via pharmaceutical, marketing or public relations companies will not be considered. Only registered media representatives will be permitted to work in the press room. Information regarding media registrations to attend the ILC belongs to EASL.
EASL does not share media lists externally.
